つづく
AUDIOVISUAL IMMERSIVE INSTALLATION
つづく (tsuzuku) is an audiovisual interpretation of the dialectic between continuity and discontinuity, two essential characteristics, opposite yet interconnected. It is based on the idea that one cannot exist without the other, just as the whole has no meaning without its parts, nor the parts without the whole. This relationship unfolds in the integrity of systems composed of singular elements, in the infinitude of their connections and in the seamless transition between their states.
Inspired by Japanese graphic art, particularly the minimalism and abstraction present in landscape painting and manga, this piece invites the viewer to immerse themselves in the fluidity of movement. By exploring three fundamental behaviors—graduality, divisibility and mutability—it proposes an experience where change and continuity dissolve into a fleeting totality.
